There is an issue with the simulated steam drum water level camera:
At present, there are a total of 12 steam drum water level cameras, and there are 3 large screens in the control room for 4-screen segmentation display
The steam drum water level camera adopts an analog camera with a resolution of DI, reaching 400000 pixels. The image is unclear and cannot meet the actual needs of current steam drum water level monitoring. High definition video monitoring display is required
Solution:
After market research, it was found that there is no need to lay cables again, only the equipment needs to be replaced. A high-definition digital camera with a resolution of 1080P and 2 million pixels is used Truly achieve high-definition digital monitoring
This time, 12 analog steam drum water level cameras from the original system have been replaced with 12 high-definition digital cameras Truly achieve digital high-definition image display
The camera adopts VET's digital high-definition 2 million camera, with starlight level illumination, resolution of 1920x1080, 30x optics, and the central control room can operate the camera's distance.
There are a total of 4 units in one unit, which are connected to 4 SDI optical transceivers. They are then connected to the 4 SDI optical transceivers in the central control room through optical cables, and then connected to the 4 SDI hard disk recorders. The 4 SDI hard disk recorders are connected to the switch and connected to the large screen through HDMI high-definition interface, displaying real-time images of 4 steam drum water levels.
Advantages of the plan:
All cables do not need to be replaced;
Only replace hardware devices, cameras, optical transceivers, and hard disk recorders;
Easy installation and debugging;
Realize high-definition 1080P display;
